I've always received prompt replies and find them eager to serve, and come up with solutions if and when necessary. I have the site bookmarked along side Amazon and Ebay.
Not only is the site easy enough to navigate, but the email replies are prompt and courteous and solutions are amenable. I received my order before the promised date, and when a problem came up with it, was able to solve it quickly.
