I ordered a pair of Weejuns shoes via the internet and was sent the wrong model. Repeated e-mails, call with customer care agents and chats led to nothing more than being told their management was considering the issue. Never heard back - the endless stonewalling was clearly nothing more than an exercise in avoiding having to deal with the matter. At the same time I had to return some online shoes to UnderArmour - what a contrast: excellent customer care and attention, with a new pair sent out right away. So moral of the story is that you are rolling the dice with GH Bass and if you get the wrong shoes they do all they can to make it your problem. Extraordinary that a company would create a customer service experience designed to have it lose customers. Robert Y.
