Purchased a ring for my gf. It was a cool looking ring but 4 days after wearing it a stone fell out and we noticed poor placement of some of the other stones. I emailed the company and said I want this ring replaced with a new one. They wanted to charge me another engraving fee. I said no i'm not paying for engraving AGAIN. Then they said I'd have to pay 35 percent restocking fee. Ummm... no! Not my fault this was low quality chinese junk. I want my money back in full! I'm still fighting with them. Now after i said i want to return it and gave them bad reviews they want to do what i wanted them to in the beginning but it's too late now. The moment with my gf is ruined and so is this transaction. I had to flip out on them back and forth for 4 days now before they offered what i wanted on day one which is an exact replacement free of any charges.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away! Or don't be upset when it falls apart and they won't replace it or refund you without going through absolute hell.

Please understand that your ring was engraved with your personal information, according to the Resize Policy(https://www.jeulia.com/free-resizing.html), personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces, and bracelets will be charged a 35% resizing fee.
