I ordered a Gucci Men's watch on March 23rd, my sales rep is Amy. I received a text from Paolo offering a different model watch with $150 off, which appears an attempt to pull a bait and switch I then attempted to cancel, both Amy and Paolo refused, it is now 5-13, item was shipped and appears lost/stolen. Had Amy and Paolo cancelled as requested, this would not have happened. Ive been trying to reach owner about this, was given a. Emdil address for him which there is no reply.

I ordered a Gucci Men's diamond watch, received a text from a Paolo whom Ive never heard of prior, my sales rep is Amy, Paolo offered a different model watch with $150 off. Amy was clueless about situation, saying the item I ordered is available. I then attempted to cancel, both Paolo and Amy refused, Amy alternated back and forth saying she can't cancel, also saying cancelation would result in a store credit.Paolo offered to discount the watch, place diamonds on entire piece.I took how offer to cover item in diamonds because I wanted to use credit from a prior layaway order which was cancelled. Paolo then shifted his story yet again saying he couldn't cover item in diamonds.I then attempted to reach owner, Max, was told he is not available, does not take calls, which is convenient. I was then put in touch with Liam whom is supposedly another manager, aside from Paolo...I believe Liam is actually Paolo using a different name and number.I was assured the i
Sides of band would have diamonds as well, however, to date, I have still not received item. I Placed the order on March 23..

In June 2014, I traded in my 2013 BMW M3 Coupe to this dealer. Before arriving, Seth Falco emailed me the Friday before stating they had a bank approval for 25k. When I dropped off my car the Monday after, they business manager emailed and called me saying they had no such approval, this was after I made a hour drive and dropped off my car. They pulled this stunt because they were interested in taking my trade, Seth was emailed all the specs including VIN number prior. They agreed to buy it anyway, sent me a check for the difference after payoff, ordered the new car in the mean time. I was looking at a M235i Xdrive and had time to improve credit. When I sold it back in March, they took off 1k for minor scratches on rims, a warranty purchased prior should have covered this. I was unaware of it at the time, several warranties were purchased at time of vehicle delivery, I found out after dropping it off days later. They failed to file a claim with warranty company, if they had done so, there would have been no need to take 1k off sale price. Long story short, watch out if you trade your car in with these people!. They will lie out right to you to get your trade, especially if making a long trip over. When you threaten to make a negative review like this one, Tim Parker will accuse you of "internet terrorism" like there is such a thing... Their most recent line of BS is even better, they state if a warranty claim was filed that would have lowered the refund amount when canceled... Nice try but, if anything, refund would have been prorated and would not come close to 1k difference, which is what they took off for damage. Jeff Benton was the only person to look at it and not with any body shop, they don't even have one on their premises! Again, screwed over with trade. Watch out for these people! If anyone else has had a problem I'd like to hear from you, *******@aol.com.

I ordered a Fendi Wallet for my GF, ordered on or around 5/26, never arrived. I reported loss/theft to Jomashop on 6/2, reps filed a USPS tracer, stating they need to trace carrier steps, where it was left, etc... This is all 100% bogus, they simply wanted get reimbursed by USPS for loss by filing a claim which would get denied, wasting time. They would not admit to this, gave varying bogus answers for trace, there is no way to trace mail carrier steps or where it was package was left at... They simply will not admit to attempting to recover loss before refunding... Needless to say, claim was denied, they then directed me to dispute charge with my bank, which I already did, suspecting they would pull this stunt. Further, reps gave three different answers when I called, the answers vary vary from tracer is still on going, claim was denied, charge back was filed and need to speak with their charge back dept... THREE different answers, even when calling days apart, last call was on Friday... I called in today, Monday, reps revert back to script of saying claim denied... The rep on Friday, Faith, stated she saw no note about a charge back and claim was still in process... From past experience, I should have stayed away, Jomashop is one of the only companies selling this item, I took a chance and regret it. STAY AWAY"
