Went on their website to order one bottle of their product, their website kept going to other pages and different quantities which had a NoThanks tab which I clicked on several times not wanting any of these options. Then all of the sudden there's a thanks for the order of a quantity of 5 bottles which I didn't want, I tried everyway to get this corrected but you cannot get through to this company which makes me believe they are fraudulent and a false company. Stay away do not do business with them or you will soon be robbed by them

I purchased a product from them which was falsely advertised saying that this product just needed a download software from another company, This company does not support the hardware ZZounds sells. ZZsound refused my refund saying I was near the end of my window but they say they offer a 45 day guaranty and I submitted my refund on the 30th day. What a bunch of B. S. I used those 30 days to search the webb to find a copy or download but to no avail could not find it. I suggest to not do business with this terrible company reason being you the customer are not right and they only are after your money. Beware they are thieves and robbers
