Want specific quote from lender(s) for data provided - but quote not supplied. I do not like telephone calls; I much prefer e-mails. Which should be limited to prospective lenders who can actually provide the terms quoted.
I liked the numbers. In today's market, with 30-year money typically at 3.5% or so, the price quoted was attractive.
The side spent some time compiling information about a property, and then asked me to pay for it, which I did. I was expecting that a printable copy of the report would be e-mailed to me, but this did not happen. They get lots of information, much of it relevant, but overall the work is shoddy.
Tip for consumers:
Other vendors do it better.
