I made an order for 5 tubes of Davines Mask Color Cream on08/13/2014 for $73.75. The money was immediately removed from my account without informing me that only one tube was in stock. 6 days later I was informed that 4 tubes were back ordered (but they already had my money). On 08/19/2014 I sent them a return email saying that I was willing to wait but would like an estimate as to what the backorder time would be. There was no reply. On 08/21/2014 (today) I attempted to make 3 phone calls to Brighton Beauty Supply regarding this matter but was put on hold each time. I waited long periods of time (one of the calls I waited 25 minutes) but no reply. Later this day I received a duplicate email reply from Brighton (same as the one wrote on 08/19/2014). The problem is still not resolved.
