The worst shopping experience ever . I did an internet search to purchase a 2012 Prius v five. The internet sales person called me to set up an appointment to see the car . I asked all the questions about it being a v five with the options that a v five has . Including 17 inch wheels . She was insistent that it was a v five . I set the appt for Saturday 3-25-2017 . I went to the dealership traveling from new hampshire to Albany ny a 3.5 hr ride. I was told to meet with Tom at the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I was told he doesn't work on Saturday. The salesman Cesar was very helpful. But the car was not a v five upon further investigation we discovered it was a v three and didn't have the 17 inch wheels , heated leather seats .etc . I was very upset that I had driven 3.5 hrs on my day off to look at a car that was falsely advertised on the internet as a Prius v five. Buyer beware . We tried to negotiate a price consession because of the misrepresentation of the vehicle being a v five when it really was a v three. Joe the acting manager would have no part of changing the price due to the dealerships false advertisement. And the inconvenience that I had to endure. To say the least I was upset to no end . DEPALUA CHEVROLET GETS A NEGATIVE 2 on the scale of 1 to 10 . DONT TRUST THE INTERNET SALES SPECIALIST . ANDIF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM DONT EXPECT THEM TO COMPENSATE YOU FOR YOUR TIME. BUYER BEWARE.
