In 2017 I bought a 2013 used Honda Civic Sedan. I was happy back then so I returned on 24 March 2020 after work and bought a 2017 used Honda Civic Sedan. Things were fine until the salesman passed me off to their Finance Manager. It was close to closing so I was rushed off to my car with some paperwork and went home. When I got home I reviewed the paperwork and found I was given the sales contract for the 2013 Honda. I called and asked for the 2017 Honda contract be mailed to me. I found that the Financial Manager had charged me $259 for paint protection we never talked about and I never agreed to. Once I finally could get a response from the Financial Manager, he said don't worry he would fix it. He still hasn't done so; hence, I am warning others.
