My computer has crashed many times in the last week because an update from May 2019 did not down load. This is per them. Tried twice to down load the update but could not. Told to get a flash drive in Order to down load into it & then my hard drive. Every time I have called Microsoft support they tell me they are connecting me to " second level tech " but all I get is background music for a half hour. I now have I have a useless computer because of this.

Tip for consumers: Their level one tech's have in the past have always been very helpful but beware if they say a " level 2 " must be contacted!!!!

Because of my bad experience with this company, Mr. Bryan Whoolery (security officer) called me and said he was sending me a new silver American Eagle. I had been back in touch with this man and he said he was a 'man of his word'! Last contact with him was by text on 9/9/2018 in which I gave him 1 week to live up to his promise. Heard nothing back at that time and to date, you guessed it nothing! This company has lived up to it's reputation of being total jerks!

This company advertises extensively. Since I live In Houston, Tx. And they are in Austin I decided to give them a try. Called to ask a question about stated condition of coins ( average circulated) and first person did not know what the term G-8 meant. Called back and next jerk asked me if I was looking at Their AD! Customer service hooked me up with a live person who answered my questions and took my order. 6 days later called and was told it takes 7-10 days to ship an order. 10 days (7/31 order date) passed and order not gotten. Called and order still not shipped! Tried to cancel but got a run around. Had to challenge on my CC. Then one of their sales managers called me and kept speed dialing my phone! Two days later I had the order, and unchallenged it. Gave them another chance and they cancelled my order saying they had not been paid for the first order! What F__k ups.

This company as compared to the other "BIG' companies is in my opinion the low price leader. They charge for shipping ( no free $99 and over) but there is a way around that. They offer free shipping by choosing one item from their free shipping included menu. Include the one cent item on your order and the entire order ships for free. I am into Junk silver as it is quoted but everything used to 90% "JUNK". Oh well. Service is prompt!
I collect silver coins and compare prices and "deals" from various sites. Apmex is more than fair and I always get what I order within 5 days.
Easy to order and quick to get! I normally order what is referred to as Junk Silver but everything I guess was junk before the U S Mint resumed making. 999 pure Silver Eagles. I order the rolls and enjoy grading and looking up a FMV for them. Like doing business with this company! I looked at these other reviews; always get my package ( I am retired so am always at home): they clear my CC and ship the day of the order; u are given time to COMPLETE u r check out BEFORE the spot price changes. Not wrapped in plastic, get some yourself!
