I purchased Boston Bruins tickets from Ticket IQ on March 9th, 2020. The event was scheduled for March 16th, 2020. Seats were in lodge 19, row 13 for seats 7,8 and 9. Robert Pagliarini was the name on the order.
I received an email from ticket master as well as ticket iq that I would be issued a refund but haven't seen anything posted to my account as of yet.
I have called and nobody answers. I email and still nobody answers.
I know you guys are super busy just looking for my money back. Ticketmaster has refunded you because I spoke with them and have emails confirming that but I have received nothing. This is criminal and just bad business.
