The worst experience in contracting services over the Internet

In May 2020 this company and its representative in Mexico offered me to develop an application for my organization. This development was supposed to take six months. Within the first month of development, Code Brew's agent in Mexico left the company because of situations I ignore and an Indian advisor named Mohandeep Singh took my account to take over the project. This developer from India made me waste 8 months of my time and ended up out of the project, then taken over by a project manager named Sukhchain Singh. Unfortunately, this didn't work either, so I made contact with the partners of the company (they told me so): Gagandeep Singh and Pargat Dhillon. They do not answer me today. I have paid 12,000 dollars for some sample panels that have no function at all and do not want to return my money so I will take legal action against them and collect the compensation that I am entitled to by contract. Evade hiring this company, they have no organization structure, and their work really lacks professionalism and seriousness, in the end you will find yourself in a huge problem. I will have to contact the Consulate of India and ask for advice on a solution, at the same time, will go the authorities of my country to start the legal process against this company fraud.

La peor experiencia en contratación de servicios por internet

En mayo 2020 esta compañía y su representante en México me ofrecieron desarrollar una aplicación para mi empresa. Este desarrollo iba a tardar seis meses. Al primer mes del desarrollo, el asesor de Code Brew en México salió de la empresa por situaciones que ignoro y un asesor de la India de nombre Mohandeep Singh tomó mi cuenta para hacerse cargo del proyecto. Este desarrollador de la India me hizo perder 6 meses de mi tiempo y acabó fuera del proyecto para que después lo tomara el gerente de proyectos de nombre Sukhchain Singh. Desafortunadamente esto tampoco funcionó por lo que hice contacto con los socios de la empresa (eso me dijeron): Gagandeep Singh y Sanjeev Dhiman. Ellos no me responden hoy en día. He pagado 12,000 dólares por unos paneles de muestra que no tienen ninguna función y no me quieren regresar mi dinero por lo que ejerceré acción legal en su contra y cobraré también las compensaciones que tengo derecho por contrato. Evade completamente contratar esta empresa, no tienen estructura y su trabajo en verdad carece de profesionalismo y seriedad, al final te verás en un problema muy grande. Contactaré hasta el consulado de la India para que me ayuden en este problema, al mismo tiempo iré con las autoridades mi país para iniciar el proceso legal en contra de este fraude.
