I love the socks. But I recently turned in two pairs for the warranty and it has been a month and have not gotten a credit for them.

I have put in several claims with this company this year. Customer service will put you on extended hold times, as standard procedure, don't speak very good english. The site will close your claim before it's fixed, or be behind the status. They hold up fixing things, making the contractor jump through hoops, over and over. I dread anything breaking now, because I have to deal with them. Can't wait for the warranty to end now and get someone else.
