To say my online experience with Walmart was terrible is an understatement! The same order cancelled five times and my order delayed three times. I spoke with Walmart customer service about five times. After all that, I received four calls (voicemails) and an email from the Walmart fraud dept saying my order would be cancelled if I did not get back to them in a timely manner. I have had a Walmart account for well over five years and in-store experiences have generally been good. However, I recently place an online order; after the order was processed, it was immediately cancelled due to 'insufficient funds' (which was not true). I promptly called Capital One who services the Walmart credit card and was told my card was fine and it was Walmart that cancelled the order. I then called Walmart who told me the order was cancelled due to suspicion of fraud. The Walmart rep assured me it would be OK to place the order again and they told me precisely how the order needed to be made. I plan to payoff my Walmart credit card balance and close the account.
