Since they had my email address and credit card number, I assume I made a search, although I have no recollection of doing so and none at all of Spoken itself. When I called they said I had signed up for a subscription through April for 23.70, When I further complained, they issued a refund of $11 -- obviously not what I was looking for when I called (which was a total refund). I have no idea whether the site has any value, only that they ripped me off pretty good and I would not have realized it had I not checked my credit card bill carefully.
