I have foot trouble, very hard or impossible to find shoes that fit in Asia, I'm American. Found some after months of looking on Lazada, in China. Ordered them, when they came early, I was in surgery in the Hospital, said I would be home tomorrow to receive. Next day got notice coming, no call no driver, next day same, that evening Ninjavan posted tried to deliver 3 timesevery time customer rescheduled and refused. Sent back to China. I asked customer service for help. Said I refused so sent back to China. Then asked me to rate support, I asked if there was a number lower than 0.
Used to love Lazada, spents thousands of dollars there in the last year, and got some really nice things, and some expensive mistakes. However now I can't get a delivery at all, unless it something large and expensive. Toys, electronics, guitars, glass water, all put on a motorcycle and driven around for a week lying about coming to my house, or me calling and rescheduling and returning to seller, even back to another country!. Or delivering after lying about coming to deliver for days and showing up with it broken, torn and filthy! I even put no Ninjavan on my address label, guess they can't read, cause they still send with this sad horrible company keep it up Lazada, and you'll be a thing of the past!

Their customer service team is always having a hard time understanding English. Lack of product...
