I ordered an item on 6/27 expecting it to ship within a week. Well it is now two weeks and was told today it will probably be another week before it ships even though their automated system said it shipped on 6/30. I spoke to a rep today and she apologized and said they are short staff and doing the best they can. I would not buy rome them.
Tip for consumers:
Do not order from them. The should not be in business due to their customer service.

I found the site to be easy to navigate and a very good assortment to select from.
A great way to save money on both on line and in store purchase from top tier stores and web site. I have saved $100's using their rebate program. It's like finding money.
