I ordered an item on 6/27 expecting it to ship within a week. Well it is now two weeks and was told today it will probably be another week before it ships even though their automated system said it shipped on 6/30. I spoke to a rep today and she apologized and said they are short staff and doing the best they can. I would not buy rome them.
