I have spent thousands using the BB credit card. I'm an Elite Plus member. I recently used one of my certificates ($5) reward to purchase batteries. I canceled when I realized the batteries were not available on the day I need them. Best Buy doesn't stock 9v batteries???!!! I canceled the order. Anyway, my $5 certificate was not refunded back. And, come to think of it, this was not the first time. Their FAQ said it takes a few business days. It's been over 5.
I love Best Buy. I buy most of my electronics from Best Buy. But after spending over $10K over the last 8 months using their credit card, I don't feel particularly appreciated as an "Elite Plus" member. I'm in the market for a better rewards system -- an honest one which can show real appreciation.
