Make sure you dont need to make any changes to your order, even if you just placed it. They wont change it for you. You can still return it, you just cant modify mistakes.
Not sure how the contractors get recommended by Houzz (there's no way to ask them). The recommendation we just used for our landscape design is subpar at best. Don't trust their recommendations. There are lots of other better sources for quality recommendations. I would stay away.
