I have to agree with other owner's comments here who set out the lack of bookings and more importantly seemingly being ignored by the company. It is not about the money either as their special trial offers seem too good not to go with and I suspect that is about the sum of it, with the old saying - if it looks too good to be true it probably is.
I can only speak as I find as an individual owner who is trying to offset the costs of owning by having a good stream of guests and dealing with straightforward reliable companies. However I haven't had any bookings in fact I don't think I've even had any serious enquiries from their site unlike Owners Direct or Direct villas etc so I don't think it is the property.
I am now on about the 4th email request to Jenny or Steve and had expected either a reply with perhaps an explanation as to why that is the case or one would expect they would want to show that their guarantee for the albeit small sum of money to be returned is actually what they honour.
I don't have any great hopes that this will happen and all I can say is thank goodness I didn't spend out for their normal package. I post this just to set out my experience and is of course up to fellow owners where they choose to put their properties and cash with.
