This company did reach out to fix the misrepresented socket, and wanted to correct it. I had enough alternative parts to have already finish my project.

Original: I needed a special bulb socket for a landscape well light. I talked to someone at Aqlighting, and they had the exact part I needed! Only, when it arrived, it was obviously not the same part described. I was able to use the socket after jimmy-rigging it, and it was a pain in the a**, but the light works again. Strike one. Now strike two: I ordered 2 new well lights from Aqlighting; theirs was exactly what I needed, and at a great price. BUT (yeah, again) the advertised 9 foot wire lead is about 10 inches long. Seriously?! Luckily I have enough landscape wire that I can run a long loop to the lights. So, also luckily, I don't need to contact this company EVER AGAIN. Zero out of two... So simple yet sooo far...

This is the first time I used this jewelry supplier (Bead3.com/BeadBuddies); I will definitely be back. I just needed a couple magnet clasps, which they have in four colors! Then I noticed the 'Free shipping over $60', so I shopped around their website and bought several other supplies - beads, clasps, crimp covers. Everything was great quality! My order was in the mail the next day, and the free shipping was Fast! Thank you BeadBuddies!

Bent & mangled findings, sizes marked incorrectly. Jewelry supplies are a dime a dozen, this place is worth 2¢.

I have placed several orders with Lima Beads this year, and have not had one single problem with any of the orders. NONE, which is pretty spectacular compared to several other online bead suppliers. Prices are good, competitive. Quality has always been great. Their organization of the orders is done well - bead types are bagged with numbers that correspond to the invoice; makes it very easy to inventory.

I have placed 4 orders with Artbeads within the past couple of months, for beads and other supplies, and THREE of the 4 orders were filled incorrectly. A cheaper pliers instead of a side cutter, smaller lapis beads than ordered (and worse, incorrectly labeled). The latest (and last) order was shorted a couple strands of TWO different bead types.
Artbeads did eventually fix the orders, but 3 out of 4?! I'm done with them! Not only did it delay projects, but then I had the added hassle of having to write them to explain their mistakes, plus make special trips to the Post Office for the returns.
Their canned apology email sounds hollow after 3 times... (The last time, I was told "We do ask that you please keep the item(s) you received in error as a gift"... but I was SHORTED merchandise on the last order! Anybody home? Insulting.).
I ordered online for convenience; they were anything but. Their selection and prices were okay; but their website is painfully slow at refreshing; they just don't seem up to the task of running a business.
