“If your business does not have a "first" and "last" name you cannot pay bills online.”

You'd think once you've entered the "key code" to identify the invoice you'd like to pay, their system could direct you to a "business name" log in. But no! I had to use the pay by phone method instead, and pay by credit card (only option.) You'd think they would rather avoid those Visa fees, but no, apparently not.
