Horrible experience. I purchased two tickets to the Islanders game but never received email confirmation. Finding seatgeek's phone number was a hassle in itself, but when I finally contacted them with my issue, they offered no solution to my problem besides "try purchasing them again". I even tried to buy another pair of tickets but the same thing happened. Seatgeek did not try to do anything to help me purchase the tickets, nor did they lock me in at the rate I originally tried to purchase them for. This company has horrible customer service and logistics. I suggest buying tickets elsewhere.
