After I recieved my order that was completely wrong l called and was told it would be resolved for the next time l order. I order once a week. I travel here for work, so lm a regular that spend 100/month. L called to see what "insurance" as they claim would be offered... to my surprise and frustration. My claim was invalid because I didnt go to web site and place a claim... nothing was offered. Not even an apology... nevermind that l had been placing orders for the last six months... so yeah delivery was incompetent... person that took my compliant was incompetent. No guidance to file on website. And when I talked to Ashley the "manager". She was/is even more incompetent. Can't make the wise decision to keep a 1200 a year customer. To give an excuse that it was very busy that day... Hello! It's pizza... can they not handle being busy. Its not rocket science... pathetic... dont order from Alamosa C0 Dominos..
