The reality is that their supposed "29 dimensions of compatibility" is less than useless. I'm constantly sent matches who I have absolutely nothing in common with!

And, most (90%) of the "matches" they send you are either inactive, or no longer use the site. This is easily ascertained, If you look at a match, or send an initial message, you can see if the user saw your interest. More than 90% of the users never even see your message, which means the supposed "match" is inactive. Apparently, most of matches they send you are from users who either have cancelled their memberships, or do not use the site. Still, EH keeps the members' photo on their site, as if the member is active.

True, we cannot match based upon common interest or activities. This is precisely where you come in, you are in complete authority as to who you wish to pursue or communicate with. What we do is actually match based upon the original Relationship Questionnaire you had taken to join our services. Thus all persons we provide are decent, highly compatible matches however based upon your personal taste, this person may not be who you are seeking.

All matches sent to you are actively within our matching system thus if you are interested in this individual, always send a smile or better yet, communication. Allow a member match time to respond, unfortunately, we all lead very busy lives thus we recommend allowing, at the very least, two weeks for the match to communicate with you. Seems like a long time but in reality it really isn’t.

Finally, one of the privileges of a subscribed member is to be able to view a match’s photo. So if this person is active within our service, you can view their photo to determine interest. Carlos R.
