Be careful of purchasing from this website, unless you are 100% sure what you want. They do not mention it in their return policy but they do not accept any electrical item if you had plugged it in.

I just spent 15 minutes with a customer service representative and her manager. I informed them that the chandelier that I had purchased was in pristine condition. I had the original packaging. I had not cut any wires or chains. I was honest and I did tell them that I had plugged it after inserting bulbs in to see how it looked.

They refused to take it back. They claimed that they had liability issues taking it back once it had been plugged into electricity. In the past, I've bought lamps, pendants and chandeliers from Lamps Plus and from Amazon. Never had any issue returning, if we did not like the product. This site is a scam. Their return policy is a sham. They lie. Worst of all, they do not trust their customers. They believe that their customers will lie. I'm never again going to buy anything from this website. Stay away!

Also, please note that TroyLightingLights.com is actually LightingNewYork.com website. It is the same business. Beware!

Tip for consumers:
They don't follow their return policy. Their return policy is a sham. It is false and a marketing ploy. In their return policy, they do not mention that they would not accept a product if it has been plugged into electricity and turned on.

We have return policies in place in order to ensure each customer is getting new items not used or previously installed. We understand this can be frustrating and inconvenient when the item is not to the personal liking. Classpass.com and the Classpass app is a FRAUD in all caps. Here are the reasons why it is a fraud:

1. When you install the App, it will surreptitiously read you Apple wallet and you credit/debit card information.

2. It will start charging you a subscription of $79 per month without any information to you, even if you remove the application.

3. The classpass app will give you some free credits for attending workout sessions but these are not free, they are reading your credit card and they will charge you.

4. For some reason even if you don't miss a class, they will sometimes say that you missed a class/appointment and they will charge $20 for that.

5. You will receive no emails, not communications, no agreements.

6. They don't have a phone number.

7. You send them a note through their website and someone will get back to you in 24 hours. Extremely poor.

8. STAY AWAY FROM FRAUD!

Tip for consumers:
Just stay away from Classpass. Even if you remove the app, they still have got your credit card number and they will keep on charging you. You'll never receive a receipt or any information through email.

Just directly joing the place you want to workout at. Don't use classpass.
