Don't pay for the insurance on your devices. It's bascailly a scam. Turn around time for next day repair is now at four days. And they are unable to get in contact with the insurance/repair company (Asurion)

Repair was advertized as next day. Its been four days and I still do not have my phone.

The rep I spoke to before sending in my phone swore up and down that the phone would be returned next day. I also made it clear that I would not have a phone to contact them and asked about alternative methods of contact. Was told I would be able to get in touch with Asurion using the Verizon online chat service. This was a lie. Verizon is unable to contact Asurion.

Total garbage service that is not delivered as advertized and even worse customer service from both companies.
