We've had this property management company for over ten years and it's been a nightmare we have been trying to end for some time now. This company hires out work to their cronies and bullies residents into forcing them to do business with inept and crooked businesses. They also have their own maintenance company that they insist residents use. As a community it's we have consistently rated them in the range of 2 out of 10 and that is what the general public tends to rate them as well. I have had to consult attorneys and the attorney general as well as the department of labor and industry to get them to do what is right. This company has had a Federal lawsuit against them (which they lost) because of the way they handle their properties. They made us hire a person who works for them to manage projects but he didn't do what he was paid to do. Their communication is horrible as is their accounting and record keeping. In numerous occasions we have been unable to access our own records and they have billed people inaccurately. Please interview other management companies and realize they are not all alike and there are many better companies than this.
