I ordered ribbon for my daughters baby shower, paid extra to have it shopped faster, it was guaranteed to be here on Monday, here it is Thursday and no ribbon, I have already started all the decorations with this special ribbon, so no I have nothing to finish things with, was lied to when I called Monday that it would be shipped on Tuesday and here at the latest by Thursday, called again today and ribbon was still in production, same thing I was told Monday, very very unsatisfied customer- will never shop here again!
