Premium accounts are suspended for no reason, no way to appeal, they keep taking your money. All forms of contact are impossible afterwards. NO REFUNDS.

None of what you say is true. We never suspend premium accounts unless the user is breaking our website rules, and then we give multiple warnings first. We give refunds whenever it is justified for up to 7 days, and if you disagree with our decision you can appeal to PayPal using their dispute process.
