On 22 Nov 2015 I posted in Q&A after ordering 2 items to be sent to Australia. I received a confirmation email and 2 days later funds were withdrawn from my bank account. After 5 days my order status was still "New" and I enquired in live chat and was told it would update overnight. It did not. I enquired by email and did not receive a reply. Another 3 or 4 days later, I contacted live chat again and was told my items had not arrived at their warehouse yet. For a business that prides itself in fan merchandise I was not impressed because there was no indication of my item/s not being in stock. Not to mention my email inbox being inundated with Fanatics spam!
Come 4th Dec I receive an email from Paypal and Fanatics for a partial refund of one of my items. Not only did Fanatics not give an explanation, they had the audacity to keep US$10 of my money and offer me $10 fan cash instead!? Log into track order to finally read order status is "Shipped" minus one item via Landmark Global.
A plain generic satchel arrives on 30 Dec with a postage label from Landmark Global in Australia, not the USA. It is my item (as described, no problem) but now I'm curious as to why there is no postage stamp or packing slip from Fanatics and if it was literally transported by ship? I emailed Landmark Global to enquire about their methods a week ago and have not received a reply.
Overall I found Fanatics operations to be questionable including their live chat support and methods of delivery overseas. Personally I don't find the prices reasonable either.

Response to Fanatics reply: Hi and thank you for the refund of shipping fees, it was a pleasant surprise. If the website stated my item would be shipped "in" a certain time rather than "within" I would be prepared for that time. I hoped my items would arrive before I went away on the 21st Dec and chose not to pay extra for fast delivery because some customers who did use it didn't get their items on time.
I don't usually shop online but after watching Holly Holm smash Rhonda Rousey in the UFC in Melbourne I wanted to buy Holm merchandise. The coupon code helped but it still cost AU$298 (US$208) for two items and shipping and no one else at the time was selling these.
The only reason I would buy again from this website is if I wasn't in a hurry to receive items and I couldn't buy them anywhere else.

Hello Ripeka. Thanks for your feedback! We are very sorry that your experience was not a good one. When you placed your order, it was stated on the website that the items you ordered actually ship within 15 business days. Your package shipped within that time frame. Unfortunately, the delay came in the delivery process. The shipping time for the shipping method you chose was 4-10 business days. We are so very sorry that it took 22 business days for delivery. We have issued a refund for the original shipping charges, that will post back to your original form of payment within 2-10 business days. As for the refund you received for the item that was out of stock... you originally received a 20% discount on this order by using a promotion code when you placed your order. That was deducted from the price of the item upon refunding. The store credit of $10.00 was because we had to cancel the item from your order.
