Found this site by accident while looking for a cushion for an old arm chair. Ended up buying a big mattress:-) It arrived on time, courier phoned up ahead to check is somebody home to take delivery. The quality of the mattress is astounding, it does exactly what it says on the tin:-) I am sleeping like a baby again now. The two free pillows that were to come with it were not delivered. When I realised this I simply phoned them up and they did not quibble or argue or blame it on the courier - they sent out the two pillows and they arrived within four days. Great customer service, great product. The website may appear a bit old-fashioned but once you have understood the system it is easy to navigate, get good information on their products, customise your mattress, cushion, or whatever you want and then proceed to checkout. I hope they keep up their good service.
