Useless calling themselves "express" actually. They can't live up to that name. I only sent docs and it's taking them forever, and that's only from Baguio to Manila. Imagine, that's only 3-4 hours away considering the faster routes are already open. It's been almost a month and nothing. I had to beat a deadline and their website tracking is useless as well, no updates or whatsoever. And oh, they reply promptly in their FB Messenger but they will tell you the same thing over and over, to just wait. It's my first time to use this courier and it will be the last as well. Stay away, not recommended.
