Stay away from this company. I placed an order with them on the 6th, After not hearing anything on the 10th, I called them several times asking about my order. The first representative said she would check and get back to me, the second said the order was being shipped directly from the manufacturer. She also said she would check and get back to me. I then took it upon myself to contact the manufacture who told me it had not shipped nor would it be shipped because one of the items had been discontinued. I then contacted Smarthome.com and asked them to cancel the order and I was told it would take until the end of the week for my money to be returned. In this day in age it doesn't take a week for things to happen. When I order something it shows up on my account immediately and I know it can go back just as easily. It doesn't take a week unless someone desires to do nothing with it for a week. If you want good customer support, go to Crutchfields which is what I ended up doing and should have done in the first place.
