I had to put a star but I really think the rating should be a minus 0 stars!

I saw bras advertised by Krytalshine.com on Facebook and ordered 2. When they finally arrived in a package sent from Rosemead Ca. They were not the size advertised. These bras were supposed to fit a 36C, in my opinion they would not have fit a 34A. So I contacted their customer service to request a return label. When after several days of my email this was their reply:
"In response to your concern, if the item's measurement does not match with the measurement provided on the website, we would like to request for few photos:

1. Photo of the whole item and photo showing size label and the item being measured;
2. Image of packaging label where shipment details are readable

Please understand that these are being requested to verify some information so that, we can move to the next step on this issue and to further investigate what has happened on this.

We look forward to hearing back from you"

I did this then after another delay they sent an email saying this:

"We received the photos you sent showing the claims, however, we would also like to request for photos of the items being measured; this will be provided to our team to inform them and have it investigated.

Kindly get back to us as soon as possible in order for us to further investigate.

We will wait for your response and take the necessary actions then'
I did not know what they meant so emailed them to clarify, and nothing more was heard from them.

I then contacted PayPal and filed a dispute, which was escalated to a claim. 3 names show up on my PayPal dispute. The Facebook ad was for Krystalshine.com. My CC was charged to Rainbowpick, the company name shows up as Littleplayland Limited

Littleplayland Limited has now agreed to refund if I return the bras to Hong Kong! Postage to HK would be $17.00. The address on the package I received is from Rosemead CA, and I want to return them to there, so I am at this moment waiting for a call from PayPal to get this sorted out.
Looking on the web I found more complaints like mine and I think that this firm is very shady and that Facebook should not run ads for companies such as this.

UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW. AFTER A TWITTER AND FACEBOOK CAMPAIGN I RECEIVED A REFUND IN ONE DAY!

I have posted this review on another site CorbanDirect/DirectBedroom Are a terrible company that constantly cheat their unwitting customers. I ordered a bed on 19 September 2014. It was to be delivered the following week. The bed did not turn up. No notification from the company. I rang them and they said next week, again no delivery, and then again Then they said it was out of stock. I canceled as it had not been delivered by 9 October 2014. I was told that my refund would take 3-5 days. It has still not been refunded by 3 March 2015! I have made many phone calls and sent many emails, each time they say my refund is coming in a few days.

M last two communications were with Andrew Wheeler, Customer Services Manager, who in his last email on 6 February 2015 said "Our accounts team have confirmed that your refund has been issued and should be crediting shortly. This should take between 2-3 business days to credit your account. If there are any further issues please let me know and I will do everything I can to resolve any issues for you." As before there has been no refund, and no reply to my latest email to Mr Wheeler.

The way this company and its affiliate Direct Bedrooms act is appalling! They are taking money for goods they never deliver, then when canceled don't refund the purchasers money.
