I used to like shopping from Net-A-Porter.
However recently I found that the prices of most beauty products are so much higher than other online shopping retailers. Additionally, on Net-A-Porter, even for same products in different colors, the prices are quite different. What a rip-off!
I am done with Net-A-Porter.
Extremely poor customer service. Terrible shipping courier. The tracking information hasn't been updated for 5 days. It's been 15 days but I have no idea where my package is.
Think twice before you shop anything from this lousy company!
Extremely bad service. It's been 3 working days and my package still not assigned to my account! The customer service told me that they may take another 2 working days. Definitely not recommend.

Net a porter is a high end designer online store, so not unreasonable to expect excellent...
We apologized for the inconvenience Ricky. Package processing takes 2 business days because you are right, we hold packages for 24 hrs. Last Friday, there were no significant operations at the warehouse due to weather conditions of heavy snow and ice. Few employees were able to come to work. Their safety is our priority. Thank you for understanding!
