I ordered multiple products for my mountain bike. Some came fast, some very slow, and the handle bars never showed up even though the tracking said they did. Quality of products that did show seem to be good and the price was very fair.

Have you tried contacting your post office about the expected delivery date of this parcel since they are in charge for it when the item arrives in your country?
We've also found here and it's great to know that you have already filed a dispute. Now the seller is given 5 days to resolve the issue, we also suggest that you communicate with the merchant to get the real time updates of the shipment as well as the dispute.
If the dispute reaches 5 days and there is no resolution from the merchant, please contact us back so that we can assist you in escalating the case to our Resolution Center.
