My fault for not looking closer at this web site before asking my poor wife to surprise me with a Seahawks jersey for Christmas. They only have an online form as a means of contact. They do not have an actual store nor a phone number or a shipping address. No details or forms are available to process a return. They offer 365-day satisfaction. Unfortunately they don't offer anything to back this up.
The jersey arrived straight from Shanghai, China. WTF? The site sells itself as being official and authentic but they are not. I mistakenly thought it was a reasonable savings of $20 off of retail. The stitching was crooked. The team colors were silk screened and already looked worn. The NFL patch was off color and the wrong material. The neck tag was a cheap piece of vinyl. The side perforated ventilation panels were flimsy. All the stitching was weak. I could go on and on but the most aggravating part is the holographic NFL security seal was fake. You have to use a magnifying glass to compare it to a real seal. The real seal has much more detail. The grain of the leather can clearly be seen and the printing is crisp. The seal on this knockoff from China lacks detail and the printing inside the seal is smeared.
I've filed a dispute with my credit card company as I wait in vain for a reply from seattlenflofficialproshop.com.
BTW - My $100 jersey is now on sale for $27.99 at this site. I feel like a complete idiot for being suckered. Don't be fooled! Be careful and do some checking before buying any pro teamwear online.
Update - After filing a dispute with Chase they asked if a local team store would verify this NFL jersey was a fake. No such luck. No store manager is going to basically give testimony. I sent Chase all the emails back and forth I had with this company. Returning the jersey and paying for shipping back to Shanghai was never an option which I was willing to do no matter how much it costs. In the end Chase granted my refund and the fake shirt jersey went in the trash. Thank you Chase!
