Purchased a "HYET" dual action polisher - exactly what their website shows. Received a "IRONMAN" polisher instead. Contacted company - they provided an odd response - that it was still the same product just a different name? - refunded $10 for my trouble.
Started using polisher - obvious the speed controller was defective. Contacted company for replacement/ refund. Company requested a video of the issue which I provided. Again requested a refund
Now they say they want to provide the defective part - no indication how its supposed to be repaired. Told me 25-30 days wait time.
Had to file a dispute with my credit card company - hopefully will get a refund.
PS - they still are advertising the wrong product - different than what I got.

I apologize for the issues on your order. I show that the order was placed on 6. 18. 18 and verified the same day. When placing your order, once you selected the overnight shipping you should have received a pop up box stating that the lenses had to be ordered. I apologize if that box did not display. We replied to your email on 6. 5. 18 advising that the lenses fall under our factory fresh guarantee as stated on the website the lenses normally ship within 3-5 business days. The order was shipped out on 6.12 and delivered on 6.13 with free overnight delivery. We have tried to contact you by phone twice to discuss the issues.
