I neglected to see the note at the bottom of the Tour we selected where it stated we were required to give a 24 hour notice email verifying the exact pick up location and time. Failing to do so may result in the booking being canceled without a refund. Around 8:30 pm the night before our am pick up, our rep at Get your guide was able to contact our Tour company and reschedule so that we did not lose our money. Thanks GYG!
