Paying for something and not being able to enjoy it is a frustration most people can relate to if they've ever outlived the seemingly short-lifespans of their electronics and software. That's why I am always hesitant about purchasing anything that may or may not work well with my PC hardware arrangement.
I purchased and installed UkeySoft's M4V Converter AFTER I uninstalled iTunes' latest version and downloaded and installed iTunes older version 12.10.1.4 and discovered that the converter only worked for a few of my HD movies and none of the SD movies in my iTunes library.
I contacted UkeySoft support and they suggested trying the older version (12. 9. 0) of iTunes which they shared a link to. So I uninstalled iTunes version 12.10.1.4 and installed the 12. 9. 0. 167 and it worked brilliantly. So far I've successfully converted over 100 purchased and downloaded movies in my library with this version with no failures.
I am very happy with my purchase, the flawless installation and the customer support of UkeySoft.
