Bought a pair of shoes that were defective. After 4 days they responded and said they'd issue me a refund in 3-5 business days and a $20 credit as an apology. I was initially happy with the customer service. Well it's been 4 weeks and I don't have a refund or credit. I have tried calling and it says to email. I have emailed them 4 times over the last 4 weeks, and have not gotten 1 response. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
