I am really disappointed with level of customer service I have received from this verve innovation, but that was nothing compared with the frustrations I en counted when I decided to take the website that I legally own to another company.
After paying for all the files relating to my site and then requesting the domain login in details, they supplied me withe wrong user names and password. I have spent the last 3 months leaving messages and emailing them with no response. Please don't use this company, it just causes further headaches and stress.
