This gets three because of website changes about two years ago. They took a perfect user friendly site and turned it into a mess. Not alot of other sites for info now that capgeek.com is gone.

Trulia.com is now part of the Zillow collection of rental sites. It is a nice reference to available apartments and homes.

I am always hearing about don't use CraigsList because you will get ripped off. Well I have used them for over 10 years for a variety of things and I have had basically no problems. If you are buying and selling, just be careful. There are a lot of scammers but you can sniff them out a mile a way. Remember, it its to good to be true, it probably is.

I have bought and sold thru stubhub and NEVER had any problems.The rates might be high but they have been a life saver many times. FYI, fake tix are pretty rare through stubhub!
