“They sold me a 30 memembership then after 3 days canceled...”

They sold me a 30 memembership then after 3 days canceled it saying my 3 day membership expired. I submited my receipt to them and now they are saying I asked for the cancellation, which I told why would I do that if I paid for 30. Their agreement also states that if I were to cancel my memebership it would run to the next billing period.
