Been over 6 months, and at the beginning of the summer it was always the excuse of covid shut them down and they were backed up, kept getting told that it should only be 2 weeks and that was every time I called (I gave them 3 weeks). 2 weeks ago I called them and was told my belt was finished and that "mike" had no idea why it hadn't shipped but he would give me a call the next day, that like I said was 2 weeks ago. Now I've called both the 1800 number and the California area code number and can't get anyone to answer either of them.
