I purchased a hoverboard, using PayPal. I'm about to initiate a chargeback because they keep giving me the run-around everytime I open a ticket, inquiring as to where my order is. I received a tracking number that apparently the tracking website doesn't recognize. It's been 3 weeks and still no updates. They suck!
*** UPDATE **** I finally received the hoverboard, one month after purchasing it. It works as expected and my kids love it. Although the customer service was non-existent, I did get my goods and wound up canceling the paypal dispute. Moral of the story: if you don't care about customer service, and long wait times for delivery, and your goal is to save money, then this isn't a bad option. Otherwise purchase from a dealer in the U.S.
