From my experience their support sucks. Yeah they'll be nice at the beginning just to get your money, but after that they'll easily brush you off if they feel that something you're saying doesn't fit into their little box! They don't want to hear it then. This type of attitude is not good for any company to have and just doesn't instill great confidence in customers who are trying to build something as grand as an affiliate platform - particularly on their WordPress site where multiple members will reside. For something like that, you need 100% confidence, and I sure didn't get that here.

The hitch for me came when I simply expressed my concerns about web security. I simply wanted a way to delete any passwords from being sent by email to affiliates who would register, and if I couldn't customize these emails myself (which I should have been able to do but wasn't), then I just wanted them to make the alterations.

But when I contacted them about it, it was like I was being a hassle or something by simply expressing my security concerns and he was quick to push me to refund if I didn't like the way things were (he being Ivy which is the person I corresponded with and I think is the developer). Anyhow, rushing to brush a customer off just because they express security concerns, wow, I sure didn't expect that. Right then & there it opened my eyes to the type of pompous person and company I was dealing with.

Eventually he told me how to delete the passwords from the emails, but then through further testing I realized that there was another email that goes out when if an affiliate would need to request a lost or forgotten pw; this would also reveal the new pw by email. So I simply and respectably expressed my concerns about that related security issue as well and again if I couldn't customize that email myself (which again, I should have easily been able to but wasn't) could he change it for me with very specific and direct text to my users that says something the the effect that immediately after logging in, they would need to change their temporary pw for security purposes. Again, I have every right to have the utmost concern about web security - especially if I'm going to attach some affiliate platform plugin which would have countless members housed on my website. But after expressing my concerns and request, he just completely ignored me and never responding back at all. Just a very unprofessional and unexpected experience.

I did get a refund for my purchase but my experience with them left a bad taste in my mouth. And I think they feel that they can just brush people off any ole kinda way and then throw a refund back in their face and that people won't say anything. And the truth is that most people don't write any reviews about their negative experience after getting a refund, they just chalk it up and never do business with that company again. Well I'm not most people and I'm writing this review to warn others looking for a reliable affiliate platform. If they flake this easy upfront, then be prepared for a bumpy frustrating ride that will rear its ugly head sooner or later! Don't say I didn't warn you.

P.S. Yes, you will see a lot of good reviews on their website, but take it from me, that's their website that they own and control - and they can control exactly what they want the public to see. But what you don't see is how they brush customers off behind the scenes with little to no regard like they did me. So just try to look between the lines before choosing any affiliate platform, because managing your own affiliate network is nothing to take lightly and there are a lot of little details to be concerned about - especially web security - and especially if it's going to be housed on your WordPress site.

Clickdealer is a scam. I have advertised their programs (mostly ppcall) for several months and they never paid me a dime for my advertising efforts. They allow scam advertisers to infiltrate their network and they ruin things by not paying up when it comes time to pay up. My last 2 payments are still in pending state (for OVER a month now) and my aff manager just kept feeding me BS lines talking about ALL their advertisers refused to pay me and that he'll check into it and just be patient and don't jump to conclusions (now eventually after over a month he just swallowed his BS lines and just stopped responding all together). That's strange, because I never received so much as one complaint from any advertiser while I was marketing the programs - nor have I ever been booted out of any of the advertiser campaigns. In fact, to this day I still receive lots of automated email promo details from the various programs that didn't pay me. Go figure. So either Clickdealer is lying and stealing my commissions - or they're allowing scam advertisers to get away with stealing my commissions! Either way Clickdealer is responsible for this BS since they are the network that I signed up with. Clickdealer is just another example of an affiliate network that screws over their affiliates and allows them to get screwed by shady advertisers. With this type of poor management, they will eventually fold as a network like several other big name affiliate networks have done already. Affiliates are the lifeblood of any affiliate network - once you start screwing over your affiliates your network will start plummeting.

NOTE: This is my experience with the Clickdealer. I know there may be a lot of fake of positive biased reviews to start popping up about Clickdealer after this to try to make them look better than they are and cover up their shortcomings. This is how a lot of networks do to try to sweep their dirt under the rug when someone outs them. I am fully aware of this. I am also aware that some affiliates have been paid by this network. I don't care about that because even the shadiest networks don't screw over every affiliate or they could not continue operating silently behind their sham. All I'm saying is I did not get paid from my marketing efforts with Clickdealer - and have never received any valid excuse or proof as to why I never got paid a dime of my commissions still stuck in pending state after more than a darn month!
