Beware buying from them. Daughter needed dress for Home Coming. 3 weeks later, still not shipped, but they charged us for the dress. When I contacted to cancel the order and get a refund, they refuse, They say we can't do anything until "the delivery window" passes. When I asked what this is, they wouldn't reply. Also, they said we can only get credit and not a refund. Terrible business with even worse communication. Buyer beware... to many other options. Avoid this place for your own sanity.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Also check the BBB and you will see all the issues other have with them. And as Site Jabber shared, they pay people to right positive reviews. Zero integrity.
Products used:
None...still waiting for product to arrive. They didn't communicate at time of product order any timing issues or delays. Now as the need for the dress passed due to their poor communication, they refuse to refund even though it did not ship yet.
