This company VRBO and their partnerships with property owners are nothing but a scam THEY take your payment the day you book your trip, When i called to cancel my trip due TO THE FACT OF COVID-19 and the fact that the state of Florida closed all of the beaches and restaurants and on top of it all they closed all non- Floridians from any rentals, this company VRBO will not refund my money... I don't care about the money but due to the PANDEMIC they stole my money! IF I WERE YOU NEVER BOOK A TRIP ON VRBO and this property owner "HUGE CASTELLANOS"
